I have been working as an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist since 2001. I attempt to help people think about where they are in life how they got there. Eventually this can allow people to make changes and usually relieves symptoms.

A talking therapy which attempts to use the relationship between us to develop understanding feeling and growth. Together we attempt to explore what is behind the words and expressions

Sessions with individuals last 50 minutes and take place at least once a week. Fees are usually £60. Concessionary rates may be available.
Sessions with couples last up to 75 minutes and cost £85

I use a private consulting room in a quiet location just outside Ross-on-Wye. There is easy parking and toilet facilities. The consulting room is on the ground floor  with one step to access the waiting room.

I offer a confidential service and I am committed to providing an effective and appropriate therapeutic experience.
